This document contains all the terms and guidelines that apply to registering on the bangladesh platform, placing bets, claiming bonuses, and depositing or withdrawing funds. Reading it in full before using the service is mandatory.
General Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the bangladesh platform and its users. When you register on this site, use any service, or participate in any betting or casino game, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

Each user may open only one account. If multiple members of the same person or household use the same device or network, each person must notify bangladesh in advance about their separate accounts. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts may be cancelled and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
The name, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information will result in the account being closed immediately, and deposited funds may not be returned.
Account Registration and Management
3.1 Registration Process
To open an account on bangladesh, a valid mobile number, full name, and date of birth are required. The number must be confirmed via OTP verification. Once registration is complete, you will be eligible to use all services on the site.
3.2 Password and Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Use a strong password and change it regularly. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
3.3 Account Closure and Suspension
bangladesh reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases: providing a false identity, breaching the Terms, suspected fraud, operating multiple accounts, or at the user's own request. To close your account yourself, contact the support team.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The accepted methods for deposits and withdrawals on bangladesh are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions through any other channel will not be accepted.
4.2 Minimum Limits
The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. For withdrawals, a minimum of ৳800 must be available. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 5–30 minutes. In certain cases involving complex verification, it may take longer, but this is an exception.
4.4 Transaction Responsibility
It is the user's own responsibility to transact using the correct mobile number and account details. bangladesh will not be held liable for funds sent to a wrong number. For any payment-related issues, support is available 24/7 via live chat or email.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
bangladesh offers new users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. This bonus is not direct cash — to withdraw it, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.
For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. To make the bonus withdrawable, you must wager ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.
5.2 General Bonus Rules
- The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
- Any winnings from bonus play cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to a third party.
- If fraud or a breach of the Terms is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
5.3 VIP Cashback
bangladesh's VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8% cashback), and Gold (up to 1.2% cashback). Weekly cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for that week. Example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive a maximum of ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Validity
Every bet placed on bangladesh is finalised after successful processing. If processing is incomplete due to a server issue or connection loss, that bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting
The results of sports events will be determined based on the official announcement of the governing body overseeing the relevant sport. If a match in BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, or any other cricket event is incomplete or abandoned, that bet will be settled according to the applicable rules.
6.3 Live Casino and Slots
If a live casino table or slot game is interrupted mid-play due to a connection issue, the game will resume from the last saved state. The result saved on the game provider's server is final.
6.4 Bet Cancellation and Changes
A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if there is evidence of a technical fault in the game or event, the bangladesh team will review and make a decision.
Prohibited Activities and Fraud
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bangladesh and may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Operating an account using another person's identity documents.
- Placing bets or playing games using software bots or automated methods.
- Deliberately exploiting technical faults in a game or the system.
- Attempting to control outcomes by colluding with other users.
- Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
- Providing false payment information or making fraudulent chargeback claims.
Our security team monitors transactions and activity at all times. If suspicious activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and an investigation will begin.
Personal Data and Privacy
bangladesh places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. Data collected at registration is used solely for operating the service. No personal information is sold or transferred to third parties.

Users may request to view or delete their stored information. However, some data may need to be retained for a set period due to legal obligations.
Responsible Gaming Guidelines
bangladesh believes gaming should be a form of entertainment, not an addiction. We encourage users to play consciously and in a controlled manner.

9.1 Self-Exclusion
Any user may request to have their account temporarily or permanently closed at any time. Once the request takes effect, no new account may be opened during that period, and any attempt to do so will be closed immediately.
9.2 Minor Protection
Access to this platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. If using a shared device, log out of your account and keep your password away from others.

10.2 Complaints Process
If you have a dispute regarding a result or transaction, you must submit a complaint to the support team within 72 hours of the incident. The complaint will be reviewed and a decision will be communicated within a maximum of 5 business days. Our internal decision will be considered final.
10.3 Applicable Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be resolved in a competent court of Bangladesh.

Limitation of Liability
bangladesh strives to maintain the highest standard of service. However, we will not be held liable in the following cases:
- If a game or transaction is left incomplete due to an internet connection loss.
- If loss occurs due to a problem with the user's own device or software.
- In the case of delay or failure by a third-party payment gateway.
- If the service is temporarily unavailable during unplanned server maintenance.
- If loss occurs because the user shared their login details with someone else.
We work to resolve any technical issues quickly, but compensation may not be possible in cases of hardware or network-related disruption.
Amendment and Effectiveness of Terms
bangladesh reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be published on the site and a message may be sent to the registered mobile number.
Continuing to use the service after updated Terms are published means you have accepted the new Terms. If any single clause of these Terms becomes unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to apply.
If these Terms exist in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version will take precedence for interpretation.
